Send off i-129f: 04/06/2015

Received electronic NOA-1: 04/09/2015

Received hardcopy NOA-1: 04/17/2015

RFE on its way: 06/02/2015

RFE hard copy received: 06/06/2015

RFE send back to USCIS: 06/08/2015

RFE response received by CSC: 06/10/2015

NOA2: 06/16/2015

Case Number received: 07/13/2015 - IN TRANSIT

Case Updated to "Ready": 07/20/2015

Packet 3 received: 07/24/2015

Packet 3 mailed back: 07/25/2015

Packet 4 (e-Mail): 07/31/2015

Medical (Frankfurt): 08/03/2015

Interview: 09/01/2015

4 days away from a month since NOA2, still no case number.

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

N-400 applied Online: 11/7/18

BIO for N400 : 11/30/18

EST. Case Completion: October 2019) of 7/15/19 

INTERVIEW: 10/7/2019- APPROVED

OATH DATE: 10/24/2019-  received oath letter in the mail on 10/11 

 

LOCAL OFFICE: BOSTON ( moved from California (SANTA ANA, CA) )

day 62 today and still no answer :I congrats to all the new NOA2s!

Day 63 today for me and no answer either. I think ours fell between the filing cabinets -_- Starting month number 3 in CSC. You are not alone in wondering what is going on over there.

Right there with you in the 60s. Seems like ours got put in the wrong pile and shipped off somewhere :/ Surely we must be close, right?! I'm trying to stay postive, but it sure does take it's toll after a while! Best of luck to you. I hope we all get some good news (any news!) soon.

So last night I got an alert that said received and then an alert for an error validation. :/ day 58 for me :/ just staying positive right now!! Congrats and good luck to all!

It's good if you had a change, means they did something with it. I would like to see anything right now.

That's what I thought but, today I went to check it and it went right back to the error validation status. :/ so frustrating.

Are you logging into USCIS with a user name and password or are you just putting in your case number? If I log in I can see the last touch date, but the message section is blank.

NOA2 Yay!!!!!!! Sooooo happy right now!!!! 36 days!

Wow that was fast! Congrats :)

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

currently: waiting for pack 3

Tbqh Validation errors are normal. The day I recieved my NOA1 hard copy was the same day I started receiving validation errors. It wasn't until I was approved that I stopped getting them. So I got my validation error from MAY 5th until JUNE 2nd.

02/12/2015 - 1st Visit (became official)
04/01/2015 - 2nd Visit (got engaged)

04/27/2015 - I-129F packet mailed via USPS

05/05/2015 - NOA1 via email and text NOA1 date: 4/30)

06/11/2015 - Electronic RFE via email

06/17/2015 - RFE response received at USCIS

06/26/2015 - NOA2 via email at 10:30 :)
