Just woke up from a nap at 0000 5/29/15 California time and NOA2 approval via email/text was waiting for us. Congrats to all in todays batch and wish the rest well and speedy approval

we just got our NOA2 too! at exactly 11:00 pm EST! ahhhhh!

aww our NOA1 date is one day later than yours... I hope we will hear some good news soon :)

congrats!

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

currently: waiting for pack 3

Congrats to all the new NOA2's!! Just out of curiosity, did any of you have the validation errors while waiting on NOA2? Day number 57......

The case status worked for about a week after our NOA1 and then it showed an error right up until NOA2. It showed April 23rd as a date of last being worked on the whole time. Last night I got a text first saying the case had been updated and then an email a minute after saying it had been approved. Now the case status shows it's been approved and the date is updated to the 28th.

Thanks for the info. That is good to know, because mine has been the same way, just April 14th instead. Good luck with the next steps!

LOL i have problems... :diablo: another failed attempt at trying to figure out the logic behind the approvals! :idea: of the 4 CSC approvals (showing on vj) from yesterday, 2 have a 4/8 NOA1 date and 2 have a 4/16 NOA1 date :bonk: seems like for the most part, the applications must be batched by NOA1 date, but there's just no logic as to when your date/batch/pile will be picked up and worked on haha. *this is my pointless post of the day* :rofl:

haha yeah i know :) I've stopped too for the most part. but every once in a while, i think i have an "aha!" moment where i might have figured something out.......and it's just fun to try to investigate it, even if it turns out to be nothing. I've accepted the fact that all we can do is wait :)

Haha that's true. The most important part it not to let the whole thing get to your head... It's just frustrating when you do ;)

I'm happy for those who get approved really fast but I can't do anything about it anyway soooo oh well... Sooner or later we will hear from them :)
