Like someone else pointed out before, not all the K-1 applicants are on VJ and who knows how many members keep track of their timeline and stuff. So I'm sure that more than just three petitions got approved in total :)

Besides, I think that checking Igor's list over and over brings more harm and annoyance than anything else lol.

You are right on checking Igor's list, we are better off not looking! I am also checking USCIS website less because I'm used to seeing the same thing over and over. We have all been looking for the logic in the process in the hopes of being able to predict results, but it seems very random at this point. Just trying to stay busy and hope for a surprise one day.

ERROR message, I notice a lot of people here always talking about getting an error message when they try to check their case status on the USCIS website. I check almost everyday and I never got an error message not even 1 time. I'm using google Chrome web browser. If your always getting a ERROR message maybe try a different browser. Internet explorer used to be good but i always hear people say nowadays that its no good. I never ever use internet explorer anymore.

Have used Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox all on desktop and mobile, always get error. Use mobile app, just get blank information. Receipt number right before ours, and same date is approved since May 20th,yet some since March are showing error. Yes, I have checked other receipt numbers. As someone said earlier, there is no logic to approvals. Just need patience of a saint, least I am Irish so have a headstart on that one ?

The error simply means it's in limbo. I use google and essentially since the day I got the hard copy NOA1 has been when it's been showing errors. I'm assuming that just means it's in process and there's no further info. It's either "you got your NOA1" "You got your NOA2" or "Error AKA Nothings happened"

It's definitely an issue with USCIS, not a browser problem. Mine worked fine between 4/2 and 4/13. They touched it on 4/14 and that is when the validation errors started and still exist. I'm sure it will go away once they touch it again.... if they ever touch it again. It doesn't work on any browser or the mobile app. If you log into USCIS you don't get the validation error, but the messages section is blank. The mobile app doesn't even recognize the receipt number as being valid. I'm in IT and I can't believe their system works like this, my users would be out for my head, but government is different B-)

One of the things that really gets me - and I haven't really seen much about it on this particular thread - is the fact that people going through Texas have to wait so long. While I was expecting to go through Texas, we made arrangements to see each other based off the fact that we were going to have to wait 6-9 months if everything went through on time.

So when we got routed to CSC, it was a big surprise and we were so excited to only have to wait a fraction of the time. So then we decided to save our money and not have any visits between US/Brazil until the visa process was over. There's a lot of posts I see on this site saying "at least you don't have to go through Texas", and as much as I hate to say it, they went into the process expecting the wait. It really does suck expecting a certain amount of time, and then waiting longer, and longer, and then just sort of giving up on waiting for the text or email.

We have drones, cell phones that we can talk face-to-face with people on the other side of the world, we've put people on the moon, but we don't have a way to track a couple pieces of paper throughout an office. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to bring my fiancee here, but I feel that the lack of updates and tracking and the phone calls that lead to "just keep waiting" take advantage of our desperation to be together sometimes.

Just my late night thoughts!
