Speaking of processing times... I haven't seen any NOA2 action from CSC today. Was really looking forward to it BEFORE the long weekend... glad we all survived!

Agree.. today is kind of a letdown. Maybe we'll see large batches be approved soon... there's still another 2.5 hours left, and I believe they notify this kind of stuff in batches.

i think they work until 8pm or 9pm (cali time) because some east coast people get notifications around 11pm or 12am. there's still like 6 hours left *fingers crossed*

Not yet! But I've been researching and gathering everything I will need for the next step. so hopefully I've been researching the right things for the packet lol! I'm definitely getting kind of confused now without the instructions that will come in the mail, I think it will still be a couple of weeks though, from what I understand oh well!

NVC doesn't always send letters, so make sure you call in after 2 weeks!

You can call early, but it would suck to be put on hold only to hear the "it's too early, please wait xx amount of time before calling back again" spiel. I was put on hold for an hour both times I called.

Hello Guys, we have just got the hardcopy of the RFE:-) I was right, they need an intent of marry from my side and a passport photo... Easy job, my fiancé will send them what they need tomorrow:-) but I'd like to ask something... As they wrote:

"Intent of marry

Submit evidence from the beneficiary, xxx, that she plans to marry you within 90 days of her admisiion to the USA. Evidence of beneficiary's intent may be a statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly establishes her intent to marry"

So:

statement=intent of marry letter (already prepared)

wedding preparations=we just discussed between us on Whatsapp, cos obviously I don't know when I enter to the US... How should we plan..?

other evidene=?

Any ideas?:-)

That's reassuring! I was always losing hope right when CSC would close that I had no chance of getting any notifications until the next day .. but now it could be ANYTIME!

Aww totally agree, we have just got the RFE hardcopy, so we are working on it together with my fiancé...6 hrs difference between us, here it's 1.39 A.M.

We only submitted two letters of intent to marry (one signed by each of us) and that's all! But we have no solid wedding plans yet, waiting until I get into the country lol. If you have any "proof" or a date set, etc, I would include it. Otherwise, I think all you need are the intent to marry letters

I'm at 50+ days out from my NOA1 date. I was wondering if anyone here has called about a status on their petition? It could be a waste of time, but I guess maybe I was thinking it could be a way to help my sanity! However, I thought I would ask all of you first to get your thoughts. Thanks!
