Hey David! I don't have an answer for your question...but have you tried posting that question in the Colombua forum? I've gotten a lot of Brazil specific questions of mine answered by reading some of the info in the Brazil forum. Just a thought! good luck! :)

As everyone waits for their NOA-2 or their Package from the Embassy, I have a question.

My fiance is concerned about the scheduling of the lab blood test and the doctor's appointment. The Embassy in Bogota, Colombia is a flight away from where he lives (13 hour drive), and he was hoping that he could schedule the lab work in the morning and then the doctor's appointment the same day in the afternoon, so he can do everything in one day.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I know it depends, to a big part, on the Country.

Thanks if anyone has any information about this.

Just curious, how many of you actually had "touch"/LUD dates updated? Mine still says 5/5/2015 (NOA1 date is 4/29) (though when I search the case number, it gives me an error/blank).

I guess another thing would be to figured out how often (and if ever) is the LUD updated before final NOA2.

This helps us create a science in figuring out when we will be approved :-S

LUD won't be updated again until NOA2 (unless you're getting an RFE, then that would be updated too)

My LUD is 5/6/15 and I get the error message too. That's completely normal. That won't go away until the next update

My NOA1 date is April 3, and my LUD date is April 6th - seems as if it hasnt been touched in over a month :( I've wondered the same thing though - will we even see that change prior to a decision (or RFE). Sorry - wish I could be more help!

My NOA1 is 4/2/2015, it was normal until 4/14/2015 when it was "touched", then I got validation errors with a blank message after "My" and it has been that way ever since. It seems to happen to a number of people and considered normal until a RFE or NOA2 is issued. A lot of folks have tried to come up with some logic to apply to the approval process, but there doesn't really seem to be a pattern, so we just have to wait and let them do their thing. :clock:

Anyway, I keep looking at the list too and it is starting to frustrate me. I just think, how are they processing petitions from April 17 already...when there are so many still waiting from earlier dates =.=

I'm wondering the same thing. Don't really get how they manage the whole thing.

Our NOA1 date is April 17th but apparently that doesn't mean anything :(

They seem to have a lot of computer problems lately.

A week ago our case status changed to "document was returned to USCIS".

Of course we called and they said we can ignore it, it's a computer glitch. I really hope it is...
