I just checked my status since it hasn't been working for forever and always said "validation error"...

Now it says "fiancé visa petition returned to USCIS" :(

What the hell am I supposed to do right now? I just wanna start crying...

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

currently: waiting for pack 3

Uhm, this sounds to me like they tried to deliver a letter to you - RFE or NOA-2 - but couldn't because of a problem with the address.

Call them to rectify the problem and have them resend!

Mhh now that I think about it...

We never got the NOA1 hard copy in the mail but I didn't really care cause I thought we don't NEED it.

So a problem with the address could really be the case.

Maybe this is a dumb question...(I'm still learning new things about this site daily! haha) umm...what's Igor's list and how do I see it? lol thanks! :)

If you look under Igor's list, 2 people updated that they received their NOA2 from CSC yesterday! And also, I have noticed a trend that NOA2's seem to go out later at night (I am on EST time, so by later I mean like 11pm). So, don't give your hopes up on today yet :)

Igor's list just shows everyone's processing status on VJ. Go to Immigration Timelines at the top, and then on the right hand side, under Predictions and Visa Processing Stats, the first link is Igor's List. Use the drop down menus at the top to filter (so for I-129F, K-1, CSC). The top of the list shows the last 15 people approved, and then you can select to show approved/unapproved. If you select approved, you can scroll down to April and see all the people who have been approved in April so far. If you select unapproved, you will see everyone that is still waiting!

It is a helpful tool that I look at everyday - it gives me reassurance when I see people after me get approved, but I still see that a lot of people around my date and before me still have yet to be approved :)

I should mention that I think you can only see this list on the computer - I have never been able to find it on my phone...

If you click on PORTAL on the top menu and select your country then click go ... There is also a forum and processing time report (something like IGOR'S list) for your specific country and service center.

So that's what they said when he called..

Weird but I guess we'll keep waiting then.

(The notification my fiancé is talking about is the NOA1 hard copy):

I called then and the customer service center said that the message for returned due to undeliverable status is a computer glitch and don't respond to it. I asked him about the notification and he put in a request to have it mailed to me however he did say that the agent might deny it as it's unneeded this early in the process. He said the next thing needed is the approval notice..,

I apologize if I have been offensive in any way, however I do not think my posts come off as offensive, but rather just informative!
