Now it has already been 10 days since my fiancé filled the 129F and we still got nothing by now. Other people in the timelines filled it in May and already got an answer. I really don't know what to do now. Check is not being cashed, so we don't know if it even arrived at the lockbox. And there is nobody to call and ask

Wait, did you mail it from Germany? Because when we sent it from here, it took like two weeks to get there.

Met in person: September 2013

Started dating: November 2014

Proposal: February 2015 (L)

Sent I-129F: March 2015 :luv:

NOA1 Date: 04/03/15 :dancing:

NOA2 Date: 08/10/15

Package 3 received: 09/16/15

Package 3 sent back: 09/21/15

Medical completed: 09/22/15

Package 4....?

Interview....? :clock:

No, we sent it from New York City :-(

Strange. Did you do it by snail mail?

We sent it from NYC as well by courier (FedEx). Got there the next day...

Give it a couple more days! No stress!

Just curious - for those of you that have received your NOA2, did your USCIS "last updated" status change prior to approval? Mine hasn't been touched since April 6th, so I was wondering if the next "step" I should be looking out for is that date to change. Thanks for any info you can provide!

Hi guys,

Not to rain on the parade, but is anybody else secretly fearing that CSC's been slowing down? The VJ estimates keep getting pushed back slightly, and that's what I assume would happen when you take *all* of K1 visas (used to be processed in 3 centers) and start putting them in 1 place.

I know it shouldn't affect us the April filers too much (after all, no backlog as of now), but it's been something on the back of my mind.

I know I should take the guessing game out of the equation and sit and wait patiently, but just curious.

Yes my VJ estimates have moved back as well :( ... I had the same thought as you when looking at the processing times on this site.
April is actually slower compared to March, hopefully we will get our NOA2'S before USCIS California grinds to a halt like Texas.

Sadly I'm thinking the exact same thing. A couple of weeks ago I was hopeful that we'd get our NOA2 in early May. Now I'm really thinking we'll be very lucky to receive it by the end of May.

Hey, most of us here are nowhere near that stage yet and probably wouldn't be much help to you!! Check out the topics here in this forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/

They will most likely be able to answer your question there if it is not there already :) Good luck with your AOS.
