April filer here! Package sent on April 14 and received on April 15. SMS with case number on April 17. Waiting for NOA2 now!

Good luck to everyone here!. For those who filed in April and received NOA2s already, how long did it take?

So, we finally got our NOA1 3 days ago (through text message) and our case was routed to CSC :) So happy about this!

They sent back the forms when my fiance first sent them because he wrote an incorrect amount on the check... $350 instead of $340 lol we lost a few weeks but at least everything seems in order now. Patiently waiting for our NOA2 now!

Yea, Texas is full right now. I'm from Texas and I sent it April 22nd, was signed for on April 23rd. Recieved the text/email on April 28th telling me they recieved it on the 23rd and are routing it to the California Service Center.


I'm assuming TSC is so backed up now that the california one is taking all of the new petitions.

Our case was also sent to CSC. The notice date on our Noa1 is April 3rd. Currently waiting to receive the Noa2. I hope that we gonna hear from them soon. :goofy:

Hi there, congrats on your NOA1! And to answer your question, it took 24 days for us to receive our NOA2.

April 22: Sent via snail mail.

May 4: NOA1 Hard copy received

NOA1 has a "Received Date" of April 27 and a "Notice Date" of April 29

They did not send me a text or an email for this, though both my email and phone were on the form. Oh well.

Same thing happened to us for our NOA1, but we received both a text and an e-mail for our NOA2. I guess USCIS is kind of hit-and-miss when it comes to notifications. :unsure:

Received our NOA1 in the mail today.

04-23-2015 Sent in the I-129f to the Dallas Lockbox

04-29-2015 USCIS cashed our check and sent us text and email our NOA1

05-04-2015 NOA1 paper copy received today

06-01-2015 Sent letter requesting petition for K-1 visa be withdrawn and terminated. We are no longer engaged.

Thrilled but also feel sad for the people you are still waiting 'cause they're stuck in Texas...
