January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

Guys!!

My fiance called that 1800 number and after a long time on hold he got to talk to a lady who according to him sounded pretty nice. She said the website has no issues or glitch reported, and that the message we are getting appears when someone is working on our case. Jim told her also that when we sign in, we can see that our case was updated on April 14. She said, that means that on April 14, someone worked on it and until one touches our case again, then that is the time we will see a new date, update, rfe or approval but she can "see in the system" our case is already assigned to an official and its on initial review, she also explained this is the 2nd stage after acceptance which is automatically generated when we get the noa1 (this explains why I was able to see my case before) during initial review stage uscis do the background check of the petitioner and review the case to see if there are red flags (fraud)

Just wanted to share this with you guys....hopefully we get good news soon.

Ours is exactly the same as yours. Received NOA1 on April 6th and had a normal receipt message in it. Then it was updated on April 14th and the message went blank and is still that way. I wasn't panicking, but nice to know. Hopefully we hear some news soon!

After closer look, my receipt date is actually April 2nd, the Notice date was April 6th. So I guess my NOA1 is 4/2.

they received my case on 30th i have the april 6th text msg and notice date. we have the same dates... lets see i am waiting

NOA1 = April 6th

NOA2 = April 30th

But each case is different, so they won't all be processed in the same amount of time. Don't worry, they'll get to you soon.

Also thanks again everyone for your kind words! Crossing my fingers for you all, and I'll definitely keep you updated on the NVC process!
