Good luck Rush! So far this process has gone much smoother with less anxiety. We filed last month and already did biometrics, just waiting for EAD, AP and hopefully the interview. No RFE yet, but could still happen. Hope married life is treating you well!

Smoother but still a fairly long and frustrating time waiting around, filed for AoS back in December, got approval for EAD & AP a few days ago. No real insight as to when my interview for AoS might be, although some have been very lucky not to have any interview at all and were just approved. One can only hope... Good luck to you guys

Just easier for us now that she is here and not worrying about all the logistics. We are still waiting on those as we filed middle of January. When we went for our biometrics the guy mentioned something about us most likely being called for an interview, so I'm expecting one.

USCIS is a little bit richer now - sucked the $$$$ out of the account over the weekend. OUCH! Still having loads of fun. Yin Yuan - or more detailed : qian li yin yuan yi Xian qian - two people destined to marry each other, though born a thousand miles apart, can be tied together by a single thread. :)
