:joy: This past Friday, my sweetheart arrived!!! This coming Tuesday the knot will be tied, the broom will be jumped, getting hitched, etc etc etc. Then on to the next stages which will be much easier now that she is here. A heartfelt thank you to all who have encouraged and supported us in our efforts. Good luck to all that are still waiting. It's worth the wait!!! :joy:

January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 17, 2015 Filed I-129F

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

July 21, 2015 Case "Ready" at Bogota CEAC.

July 31, 2015 Packet 3 Received

Aug 14-21, 2015 4th and final trip to Colombia (at least for a year or so) to be there for interview !!!!

Congrats to everyone that's just recently moved/approved/etc!

My interview was APPROVED on 11th. CEAC had a new case creation date READY that evening, went to AP the next morning then ISSUED in the evening. Tracking details from DX yesterday, passport/visa/bbe due for delivery on Monday.

Flight booked for 12th March (POE Atlanta), shipping boxes have arrived and time to start getting busy sorting my belongings out!!!

12/13/14 - Officially started dating
03/24/15 - Vacation in Dallas, Little Rock & Memphis
04/02/15 - I-129F sent
04/03/15 - Officially engaged
04/08/15 - NOA1 received

10/09/15 - Medical - referred for GP investigations for thyroid

2016-02-12: EAD/AP card is being produced!!!

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!! Is everyone still having fun??? Just filed I485 - here we go again - round 2 with the USCIS - WOOO HOOOO!!!!! Hope all are well.

Good luck Rush! So far this process has gone much smoother with less anxiety. We filed last month and already did biometrics, just waiting for EAD, AP and hopefully the interview. No RFE yet, but could still happen. Hope married life is treating you well!
