My case was received yesterday by the embassy, things are looking great! :D I'm happy everyone is making progress, RUSH you will see that NOA2 soon....

So really from here on out there really isn't much to wait for. The only reason for me not scheduling my appointment right away is because I'm waiting for her passport to arrive in the mail. It will any day.

Hello! I'm also filing at the Manila Embassy. If you could update on here once your able to schedule an appointment for an interview, it'd be really awesome.

Has your fiance done the medical at St. Luke's Clinic yet?

I'm curious to know how soon you can schedule an appointment in Manila once you have a Manila case #.

When I checked online, on June 27th, it said the next available appointment would be on June 31st I think.

I don't have an NOA2 yet but I'm hoping it'll be in the next two weeks.

Anyways I'm trying to plan ahead, to see if my fiance will be able to get here before I give birth to our daughter.

I think it'd be useful to everyone else to know an estimate of how available appointments are at the embassy. Especially for those who live far from Manila because Manila is pretty expensive.

You can schedule an appointment once you have your MNL#. You pay the visa fee and then go online and schedule your appointment. The complete steps are here if you would like some help.

You don't need the NOA2 at this stage. Only really need it for AOS which is after you arrive in the US and marry.

Sorry I guess my question didnt really make sense. I don't have a MNL case #

what I meant to ask though was when an appointment is usually available.

Like if I were to schedule today the soonest appointment would be in few days, or a few weeks, or a month.

Love your site btw. I printed out pretty much everything on it.

Thankyou!

Typically for USEM Manila, the dates are now running about 30 days out but that changes like the wind. They do not post the next month schedule until about 5th or 6th of the prior month. But even we have seen that fluctuate.

BTW, thank you. I hope my website makes your journey just a little easier.

Ohhh, alright (: I just noticed that others were scheduling 2-3 months after getting their MNL case #'s and I was curious if it would take that long.

Because if it did take 3 months, my fiance would probably not make it in time for our daughter's birth.

But if its 30 days, there's a bit of hope (:

Thankyou so much for that info.

And the site is ALOT of help. My fiance now feels better about going to Manila, getting the medical, interview and CFO stuff done, after reading your website (: he's never even been in Manila.

Hypothetically speaking, if I had my MNL case # how long before the next available appointment. I know it says on the website but we cant quite schedule yet so I'm afraid to try pressing buttons.

I've seen others who have their case #s and schedule appointments for 2-3 months later.

I'm just trying to map out how long it will be until he has to go to Manila. We're from GenSan so it cost about php4,000 to get to Manila and we have no family in Manila so it's going to be expensive for my fiance.

I haven't heard yet if they have opened scheduling for September yet. I think there are few dates left in August. USEM only opens one month at a time and the only way to know what's available is to pay your fee and register. Then you'll have complete access to the calendars without having to chose a date till your ready.

Hi guys,

We just got a notification from USCIS that they already received our RFE reply. Fingers crossed! ?

That's good news. That letter is so minor in the grand scheme of things that you had submitted that I really don't believe you will have a problem getting approved. Anyways, best of luck.

We just received our RFE notice in the mail. And they wanted my signed letter of intent.

Hey, Myrie. Did you send the letter with a new date on it or did you send the original of the one you had before?

We sent two entirely new letters with new dates and new signatures :) I'm glad yours is as easy as mine. They received our RFE answer 1 week ago today. I hope they'll update it tonight before the weekend! Haha exciteddddd

Yup. I agree with you, Myrie. I can't believe some July filers were even approved 15 days, more or less.

Hang in there, RushHour. It shall happen very soon. ??

Back in the States. Had a great time in China. Tomorrow, back on the case. Nearing the 5 month mark and hell hath no fury like a man waiting for his NOA2. I hope it happens this week.
