mailed off my RFE on the 30th and they got it on the 31th and just updated my case statas to recived RFE

08/13/2011 Started Dating

02/15/2015 Got Engaged

04/02/2015 Mailed 129-F Packet (Sent Via USPS Express Mail Overnight)

04/06/2015 NOA 1 Text And Email Received Sent To California Service Center

So I got my case number! Awesome. But, I need to ask, what's next? What should I be doing? Because my promotion and other things in life have left me too tired to think about this stuff lately... but now that I'm off for two days I'd like to get things rolling again.

That's good news. Hope it's an easy RFE.As for me, we found out BPI won't accept payment for your visa application without your passport. We could still pay it online with her old passport number but she would have to have a bank account or paypal account. I wonder if I could pay for her here in the states?

Ok so i havent received packet 3 yet but I emailed the Chilean embassy and they told me the interview was scheduled for sep 23rd! My fiance already bought his flights tickets to go with me to the interview we are so happy :D now getting all the paperwork ready :D

They just wanted another signed letter of intent from both of us, so it was super easy . :)

I sent my package in last Monday July 27th, and got this email three days ago.. Does it mean anything??

I submitted my DS160 a month ago, but just got the confirmation email few days ago.. Is it a good thing?

2016-01-13: Finally got my SSN card!! (Yayy!! after 80 days!!)

2015-12-17: Forms I-485, I-765 & I-131 Mailed out by USPS Priority mail
2015-12-20: Package delivered

2015-12-30: Received three NOA1's e-mails and sms (I-485, I-131 and I-765)

2016-01-05: Received three NOA1's hardcopies on hand!

2016-01-06: Received biometrics appointment letter.

2016-01-19: Biometrics appointment @ Dover, DE. (Successful! Took only 10 mins.)

2016-01-25: RFIE notification :cry:

2016-02-02: RFIE hardcopy mail received. (I864 form needed to be corrected + additional documentation)

We had our interview on Friday and were approved! Fingers crossed the visa doesn't take too long to arrive. I have heard some drastically differing stories about how long this can take from Montreal. I am optimistic but apprehensive too, if that makes sense.
