Don't blame you, I feel wrong for even complaining lol.

I will keep my fingers crossed that once the NOA 2 comes the rest of the process goes smoothly for you and doesn't take so long.

Thanks, I hope so too! I feel like once you get your interview date in Montreal, you can basically plan for a move. From what I've read, the interview is the least grueling part as long as you have all of your documentation (which at that point of the process, most people should know well enough to be prepared), and they typically approve you on the spot, then courier you your Visa which should only take a few business days - two weeks maybe. I swear the second I have that Visa in my hand I'm headed to the border! I can be too much of a positive thinker sometimes and initially I thought that this process would be quick for us because a) we have a lawyer and b) we both have very boring backgrounds - nothing to report here! But it doesn't seem to matter. It's been a long, long winter and not having an NOA2 at this point has me feeling super dejected. :sleepy:

[ February 2012 ] Finally admitted our true feelings after years of staying hush hush!

[ March 22, 2012 ] Made things official!

[ April 13, 2012 ] Met for the first time in real life and fell in love!

[ July 8, 2014 ] Got engaged!

[ September 10, 2014 ] Filled out paper work

[ September 19, 2014 ] Receipt Date

[ September 23, 2014 ] NOA1

And after 246 hellish days (8+ months) of being trapped in TSC purgatory....

[ May 27, 2015 ] NOA2 :)

[ September 16, 2015 ] Interview at the US Consulate in Montreal!
