how long at nvc

Our case was sent back to USCIS from Tunis embassy.nvc received it march 19, every time I call I'm told a different story.3 days to 2 weeks before they send it to USCIS, another time, 2 weeks, any day now, no time frame, lol I'll receive email once its sent back to USCIS and told I won't receive one, so what's the truth?? Where do they find these people to work there.the calls are recorded.think I'm gonna do my own recording .anyone know about how long it takes nvc to send our file to USCIS its a cr1 file
