I haven't received any notices yet as of now. But I am being patient and just keeping myself busy to take this off my head.

Got biometrics letter already and scheduled for May 6. My question is my son also received biometrics appointment but he is just only 12 yrs and we did not pay any biometrics fee for him, is a child under 14 need to go too?

I could have sworn I already replied to this but can't seem to find it (or maybe I just haven't had enough coffee this morning).

Our case (AOS/EAD & AP) was received on the 17th, NOA1 on the 20th and we shortly received all three hardcopies. I guess now we're just waiting for a biometrics appointment.

Feels weird to be back to checking our case online and waiting for updates again

I understand how you feel. It felt so good to have a break from that. And now we have to do that again! At least we are with our spouses now. Waiting is easier than it was during the K1 process.

Hello there,

My name is G (US Citizen/Petitioner for my wife - K-1/R and her daughter K-2)

I am new to this forum but have browsed while gathered great info from the members of VJ throughout our journey that began with the I-129F - August '14 for my K-1 fiancé (spouse as of 4/11/15) and step daughter (K-2).

I have recently sent off the AOS packet which includes: I-485 +affidavit (I-864) , I-765, and I-131 as of last week (4/23/15).

Please add me to the fellow April 2015 filers for AOS that I have filed for my spouse (K-1) and step daughter (K-2).

AOS package was received by USCIS on same day here but 11:01 AM (4/27/15). Patiently waiting on notifications still. Hopefully we receive notices by text/email later today or tomorrow?

i got my biometrics appointment today, im gonna do it next week, can any one please tell me what gonna happen during the biometrics and what gonna happen after it, thanks y'all

My process is going on smoothly, today I got RFE for i864 asking that I provide proof of asset and other income or "provide a joint sponsor". I have a question; I found a joint sponsor, should I respond to the RFE with joint sponsor information only or should I re-send the form i864 and all documents of my spouse along with that of my joint sponsor?

In the letter is says;

If you decide to obtain a joint sponsor they will need to:

- File form I-864

- Provide copies of their most recent Federal Income Tax returns.

- Provide copies of all supporting tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules)

- Provide evidence of their status as US Citizen.

Should I just respond with evidence from Joint Sponsor only since they already have my initial i864 submission (for which reason I received an RFE) or should I resend everything again?
