Oh no, I'm sorry about that. I just browsed through some threads and it looks like some October 2014ers have been approved, so that would be only 9 months for them. Maybe they are speeding up and you'll be one of the lucky ones that gets through on the shorter end. Not sure if having hope is better or worse for you... or perhaps hoping for the best, but planning for the worst? Anyway, best of luck!

Thank you! Part of me hopes for a miracle, but seeing how long people are waiting for the approval I should be prepared for the worst.

And good luck to you too!

Thanks for the sympathy! I really am surprised at how all over the place this part of the process has been... I didn't expect such discrepancy in the amount of time to get the combo card! Oh well. I'm sure it will come someday! LOL. Our bank account is very sad though. Haha.

Gera & Rocio-- Good luck at your interview! Very exciting it's so soon and your wife and daughter will go green shortly! Crazy that one card came, but not the other though.

Yep, only one card showed up and just now I received an email/text for my daughters new card that has a status of produced (Combo Card). Nothing yet for my wife, LOL... Go figure?

Thank you, hopefully all goes well next month at the interview. :)

Best of luck to all the fellow April filers that have received the Interview Waiver Notice form. Stay positive and hopefully the delay isn't a lengthy one. There is still a possibility to receive an interview at a later date. :)

Before i recieved my ead, employers were interested in hiring me. Now its seems like they are all mad at me. I just need a job pls future employers.

My wife just got offered a job this AM at a local place just down the street from our house. We are just waiting on the EAD/AP (Combo Card) in order for her to accept employment and be verified, but it has yet to show up. Hopefully it'll pop up in the mail this week but they're willing to wait on her since it's part time.

Hang in there and be positive, a perfect fit employer is just around the corner for you! :)

You're welcome and thank you. I tried to talk my wife out of working LOL, but she wanted to feel alive again in a new country, so therefore it's a great opportunity for her to keep busy. :)

Okay, I recived the NPIW letter this morning. I come back from work and my wife hands me that letter. There are no updates on my case at all. What bothers me is that I had a RFE on my I864 which is still pending with regards to my I485 and still no updates either by mail or online, so I don't know what to think. Is my RFE okay, or is it still pending given the lack of a decision being made? common sense tells me it is fine given the NPIW, but clarification would be nice :( ...
