I just receive the same notice in mail. Of course, the case update on the website didn't change at all (Still at "we accepted the fingerprint fee...").

So now... it's just waiting? Waiting until they send out a Green Card? <.< Is it any possible that it will take faster than 6 months?

Not to be negative, but I doubt it. I think there were some NPIWs that got them around 10 months, but most are getting them right before the 1 year mark. There are some over in the NPIW thread that have been waiting since April 2014!

Also, there is a chance you can still be called for an interview...

I'm on a posting roll...

So, it's been 4 weeks since my husband's EAD/AP approval. Letter received, STILL NO CARD. Put in a service request last week, never was touched, so called Tier 2. They said his card was sent to production July 19 (3 weeks after approval, mind you!!!) and then that was it.... nothing about the card actually being produced and definitely nothing was sent to him. Another service request... told to wait 2 weeks and then call again if his card hasn't showed up. Really frustrated.

Yeah, no updates on USCIS for me too. We just hope that it's not going to take exactly one year or more than that. hopefully they send our cards before our EADs expire..

It's been 3 weeks since my wife (K-1) had her EAD/AP approved and letter was received also but no card. To this date, only my daughter (K-2) has received the actual card but somehow it was an EAD card that was sent in error since it should of been a "Combo Card". I contacted USCIS late last week and they put in a service request to produce a Combo Card for my daughter which was expedited by the officer since it was an error on their behalf.

We are still waiting for my wife's Combo Card but at least the EAD card for my daughter is on-hand which is better than nothing. LOL!

We have the AOS interview scheduled for late August so hopefully the Combo Cards show up by then but if not, wishing all goes well at the interview and they both go "Green" within a month.

I hope that you receive the Combo Card soon. :)

Nope. I am not approved yet. It just says my interview "maybe" waived, but there is still a possibility of me getting an interview. Nobody really knows how USCIS assess our files. It might be just random lol.. I really do not know..

Eh.. That's horrible then. There goes my plan to go see my family back in Poland around Christmas time...

Oh no, I'm sorry about that. I just browsed through some threads and it looks like some October 2014ers have been approved, so that would be only 9 months for them. Maybe they are speeding up and you'll be one of the lucky ones that gets through on the shorter end. Not sure if having hope is better or worse for you... or perhaps hoping for the best, but planning for the worst? Anyway, best of luck!

Thanks for the sympathy! I really am surprised at how all over the place this part of the process has been... I didn't expect such discrepancy in the amount of time to get the combo card! Oh well. I'm sure it will come someday! LOL. Our bank account is very sad though. Haha.

Gera & Rocio-- Good luck at your interview! Very exciting it's so soon and your wife and daughter will go green shortly! Crazy that one card came, but not the other though.

Received that dreaded Potential Interview Waiver letter for my son yesterday. I have mixed emotions about this letter, on one hand he might not need an interview, but on the other hand, it could take another 6 months or longer to process and possibly need ANOTHER medical exam ughhh
