hi everybody..i get approved for EAD and AP.still didnt get card but im not worried because i cant work anyways since i dont have daycare for kids but im just wondering if anybody scheduled for interview already and when?if it is..this forum is long and its hard to read all post with 2 kids..sorry guys

Filed 3/31, Biometrics 4/30, EAD 6/23, interview 8/19. Our local office is in Las Vegas. Process will have taken 5-1/2 months once we are approved.

Still no EAD card...

How do you guys get text messages, etc? I only got an email once when the case was received with the receipt #.

me too and we had send we want text messages and mail but i guess something went wromg..the same we just got first email and texts and that was it

awesome maybe then in next month we receve interview letter or however that goes..they just send you in mail or what?does it say what you need to bring or what?

Same thing with when we were filing for K-1 visa. SO I"m not sure if it's an additional step or something.

I dont think so because some people did receive it later on i think it was just some mistake because even on uscis site case status wasnt available at all point..I wouldnt even know i got approved for EAD and AP i was expecting text and email and stop checking the case status on uscis page and i was like ok let me check out and saw i was approved few day earlier

The form you filled out with your number and e-mail address (G-1145) is for notification that they have received the case. (it says so on the form)

If you want notifications after that, you have to sign up for an account on the USCIS case status page and enable email and/or text notifications.

Filed 3/31, Biometrics 4/30, EAD 6/23, and Interview will be on 8/19. Still waiting on the actual letter. Our local office is in Las Vegas. Process will have taken 5-1/2 months once we are approved.

I got a text from the USCIS tracker saying that there were changes to our case. I logged on to the site and saw that the interview was scheduled for 8/19. Now the countdown begins and while we have everything already in order, its a matter or adding more documents to the big pile of proof we already have showing that it is in fact a bonafide relationship. Can't wait til its all over.

oh ok..i thought you need to call to schedule appointment..awesome..so in that letter they say what you need to bring.i mean i already know most of it but jist want to hear it from them..i know right?i cant wait either.finaly i can go home without worry or if its denied i gona go home anyway..lol..

and you got it super fast too..im in texas so it may be little longer..im guessing they have alot of mexicans to along with other people
