Thanks :)

I am also working on my driving license, hard as I never drive before lol..

Try LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Career Builder and Monster.

My first day of work is Monday next week. I just got my Drug Test today, and I just sent in my signed Release and Authorization (consumer/background) check. I just hope there won't be a problem here since we will have no record at all as a new immigrant.

Hope to get the Green Card before December so we could be out of the country ??

That's great, study hard and I'm sure you'll get your license in no time. My wife had a drivers license back in her home country and although she knows how to, it's better to be safe than sorry so I held out from even letting her take out the vehicles down the block to run a quick errand, etc. LOL

Once she takes the written exam, then I can add her to my insurance policy in order to begin her driving in the USA. She's definitely looking forward to it and also updating her resume to post on monster, career builder, etc.

All the best on your Green card journey. I hope that you hear news before the holidays hit. I filed AP for both my wife/daughter so we're possibly looking into a trip sometime in late August or September God willing. We'll see? :)

Hmmm, I probably threw you off somewhere so my apologies. No baby just yet but it's a work in progress you could say. LOL

She has a 5 year old and I treat her as if she were my own! :)

After receiving work permit, do you have to wait until you receive you ssn in the mail before you can start working?

No, you can already start working after you applied for a SSN, but most jobs want you to tell them your SSN while you are applying ... so it's a bit complicated.
