hi everyone...

so my timeline is as follows.. (not used to all the terms, sorry)

Filed I-485, i-765, i-131, i-130

Package sent: 04/15/2015

Package received: 04/17/2015

Hard copy of receipt/notice: 04/23/2015

Bio-metrics date received (no online update): 05/02/2015

RFE (online update): 05/19/2015

Biometrics done: 05/21/2015

RFE hard copy received: 05/22/2015 (responded on the same day via usps)

RFE received and case work resumed: 05/28/2015

EAD/AP approved: 06/30/2015 (received text message 07/04/2015 at 1 am)

EAD/AP notice date changed from 07/04/2015 to 07/09/2015

I-130 date changed to 07/04/2015 but when opened, still says "on April 17th, 2015, we received your form i-130...

Confuses me a bit.... My husband is active duty military.... I came on B2 visitors visa and overstayed... Met my amazing husband about a year and a half after.... we dated for a while due to his first marriage not being legally ended but they were separated and started the process.... he later joined the army and so we got married..... He is currently deployed and i have heard that i will be required to attend the interview myself along with his deployment orders... i have sent them possibly all the info needed because even though i have prepared my mind to go in by myself, my husband always keeps me calm and focused when it comes to official business.... i have not came across anyone with a timeline as such or any experience with this and would really love some advice, encouragement, anything! i send them his deployment orders already, leases, bank statements, tricare info, tons of pictures (none of an official wedding since we weren't able to have one :( ), letters we sent to each other during his Basic training, evidence that i visited him during AIT, evidence that i am on mostly everything he has and he's involved in my life 100%... i have also sent some screenshots of our convos to prove that we do communicate.... any advice will be appreciated!

I don't have the same situation as you but I think if you are on every document and enough evidence you should be OK. Although if you are unsure try consulting a lawyer. Again, I'm not sure, I just thought I could help. But if you can't, try a website called avvo. You can sign up and post a question, it's pretty easy. The lawyers will get back to you and if you want, you can meet some of them or pay about $35( not sure of the amount but less than $50) and they will call you to answer some questions for a certain amount of time. Best of luck

Just want to let you know guys, after my interview yesterday, I got an offer letter today (on a Saturday). I feel so blessed, after almost felt like giving up. 2 weeks after I got my EAD card, I finally got a job.

Don't lose hope guys! I had offered a job before but lose it because of the delayed EAD. After getting my EAD, I went to 4 interviews and felt like giving up. But now finally got it.

To God be the Glory! Goodluck to those looking for jobs.. You will get it soon :) Happy weekend! Never ever lose confidence! More so Hope!

Nice, congrats!!! :)

That's awesome. Congrats on your new baby girl. As for the card, I believe it should be around 10 business days or so from what I've been reading in the March AOS filers post and fellow April filers.

All the best. :)
