After ally frustrating calls that led to nowhere I was advised on here to ask for Tier 2 officer and LO AND BEHOLD I was given the information and rest assurance I was looking for. They will rest your mind. Just be patient with the first person you talk to and then they will transfer you with little reluctance. I am Now FINALLY waiting fir my AP and EAD..GOOD LUCK

Call the USCIS number and press no numbers. After 3 minutes your call will be transferred to a spanish speaking customer service. Just say "english please" and she will start talking english, and you ask to talk to a Tier2 representative. She will ask you a few questions, and after a few minutes you will be talking to a tier2 officer.

Poledancer it can take two weeks to receive it in the mail. There have been cases of USPS losing stuff. Do you have a tracking number? I would start checking just for piece of mind. I'm sure you'll have it soon.

I've had my case expedited. It gave me a new referral # and said the case was assigned to an agent. Now it says completed. Anyone have an idea of what that means?

My guess is that you've been approved! Probably even approved a couple of days ago judging by our experience and what others have seen with the case complete/closed update. Try calling a Tier 2 now to see if you're approved? Or hopefully an email will be coming soon.

Fingers crossed for you, good luck!

Also, hope you make it to your wedding. I definitely did not think the processing times could go to pot so quickly either!

Also check out Frewchen's post on the previous page. Similar experience. Had her case expedited, was assigned and completed same day. Turns out she was approved that day, though did not get the email for a few days.

Thank you! I did see that post and am hoping we're in a similar situation. Calling first thing in the AM to see if anything has progressed.

Still no card in the mail :( got the approval notice on july 3rd and it was dated june 27th:(

Same situation here. I got approved on June 25, got my approval letter on the 29th, still no card yet. Yesterday, July 9, my case status online was updated and i received an email of the update. Guess what......the update stated that my EAD had been approved and i will be receiving an approval notice soon, really? I already got the approval notice 10 days ago......lol.

No tracking number received yet ....so what else to do but to....wait.....wait....wait.....wait.

Congratulations for the new approvals and those who received their cards already. Happy Friday everyone.

Oh my! Getting a job seems tougher now that I have my EAD lol..

I got 4 interviews this week.. and only one replied back for another round of interview.. I hope we all get the job soon.. Tough staying at home..

I wish for more EAD approvals you guys ?

And more job offers ?????

Haha I know exactly how you feel! I'm also sending out my resume everywhere but I didn't even get invited for an interview yet. I have the feeling that in this small city I live in it's just about who you know .... very frustrating. :(

What kind of jobs are you applying for?

Quick update: My EAD/AP apparently got approved on Tuesday as well. Just hoping they send it out quickly, as my employer wants me to start training next Friday. If I can't make it, the next course isn't till mid-August.
