Also, I'm one of those people that had a RFE and sent in the papers a while ago. Recently, it says that my case was updated yesterday for my I485, but the status hasn't changed at all nor is it in the history. The date of last updated... So, their system isn't correlated either lol

Same here on the website says last updated July 7 for I-485 and I-765 but the status is the same. I filed on April 22 and haven't receipt any RFEs ...... this is so frustrating. I check my mail box all the time, I'm going nuts.

Guys, I advise you to talk to a tier 2 representative. Seriously, its very easy to do so - and I explained how earlier in this topic.

I received today the approval letter to my EAD+AP card in the mail, and had no update from uscis website. I guess their update feature is not working properly, at least for us april filers.

To everyone who find themselves desperate on day 70+ , know that I'm on day 93 and still have not received anything. My attorney told me on day 90 (Monday) that this is normal time wait. My wife called USCIS on Monday and spoke to a Tier2 officer, no updates and she told me the officer was rather rude and condescending.

But yesterday she called again to speak to a Tier2 officer and finally was told good news, my EAD was approved on the 6th , on day 90.

I read that most of the users in this forum are receiving their EAD before the 90 days, but remember the average time is 90.

Good luck to everyone !

What is the number and trick you do to call and speak to a Tier 2. I tried finding it in the thread but can't seem to.

Call the USCIS number and press no numbers. After 3 minutes your call will be transferred to a spanish speaking customer service. Just say "english please" and she will start talking english, and you ask to talk to a Tier2 representative. She will ask you a few questions, and after a few minutes you will be talking to a tier2 officer.

I just received an email and two text messages stating that my EAD and AP have been approved and miraculously the website was updated and it finally looks like something is really happening. Now the wait to receive them by mail starts! Already sending my resume everywhere haha.

Just got an email saying my employment authorization was approved on July 6th. I checked the site and it has changed. I tried to file an inquiry today but it wouldn't let me. Now all I have to do is wait but I don't mind this kind of waiting. God is good I don't even know how to act. Just counting down to the interview now

Today is day 93.

Got my letter from my first inquiry (June 25th). Hooray!

But...here comes the full story. I created a second inquiry and that one deleted the first one from June. On Monday I was so curious to find out what the status is and I called. They try very hard not to transfer the call to a Tier-2, but if you are persistent and your time approaches 90 days, they will transfer the phone call.

So Monday I was transferred to a Tier-2 (again) and this person was really nice. Since it was day 90, he created a new EXPEDITED case. It was assigned immediately and completed the same day.

Today I called USCIS again and tried the option not to press any keys. FYI: You don't get to speak to a Tier-2 directly like some people claim!

Anyways..this person said I still have to wait *blablabla* So I asked to speak to a Tier-2...waited for the callback. In the meanwhile I received an email that my case got approved (ON MONDAY).

Got an email/text update as well that my I 765 was approved on Monday. Yay!

I do have a question though, there is no update on my AP. I know the EAD is a combo card but are there ever any instances where your I 765 is approved but not the advance parole part?

Thanks and congrats to everyone else who got approved today!
