Congrats. I received my interview letter but no EAD and it didn't update until the 4 th of July. I got an email saying my interview was scheduled but I had already gotten the letter. I called today regarding the EAD but was told I can only file an inquiry after day 75 and today only marks 72. It's frustrating to just sit at home but I could check the mail box and find it. You never know. Let's keep our heads up

I received my EAD/AP approval in the mail today! I believe the online status now. I made a service request on the same day that it was approved. Lol

I hope that those who are waiting will get their approvals and cards soon. I also hope and pray that we will have our interview schedules soon.

Awesome, congrats. My wife was browsing some of the local jobs in the area and seen one that interested her just a few blocks from our home. She's tired of being a home maker already but I honestly don't mind, why lie. LOL!

Hey guys Congrats to all who have received their EADS and or their interview notices. I just had a service request put in for my Ead, since today marks 75th day. Anyone whose package was received on or around April 24th,have yall received ur Ead?

AOS package was received on 4/27 in our case and "nada". I'm guessing for an approval within 1 or 2 weeks with luck?

Mine was received on 16th April and i have heard nothing. Submitted a case enquiry on 27th June and they emailed back on 6th July saying it is still within 90 days processing time. I called them today and they told me the same thing.

Obviously its great news to hear people getting accepted (don't get me wrong) but it does get a little disheartening when people who applied after you are getting their EAD cards before you. I guess its just luck of the draw and the way the process works. Just venting as that is all i can do at the moment!

I feel ya. I had to "unfollow" this post for a couple of weeks when people who had applied weeks after or had RFEs were getting their approvals and we had heard absolutely nothing- service request not even touched and also being told to just wait. Pretty sure the approval time hasn't been this variable in a while.

You've done everything you can, hoping for an approval for you soon! Hang in there!

That's completely understandable. I also got a little discouraged when I called them. It's really hard to understand how their "system" works. I hope you hear some good news before it reaches 90 days. It is all right to vent, we are here to support each other.

Definitely, I totally understand. She constantly stresses the fact of not being just another statistic in the USA but to feel "alive" again. She's keeping busy studying for the DMV test, English courses, house chores, and fitness on a daily basis. Anything to keep her mind occupied is a plus. Thanks for the wishes, shouldn't be too long God willing!

How's everybody doing? I just called the USCIS office to follow up my application and they just told me that I have to wait until July 23rd for the update. Waiting is killing me. My biometrics was last May 20th, most of you guys already received an update. ???
