Right now, EADs are taking 75-80 days, just look at the data from the past few months. I don't think anyone who is within or over that timeframe is being impatient. Yes, they can take up to 90 days and sometimes over, but that is not the norm right now.

It doesn't matter how long they are taking right now. Everyone's case is different so some might be approved earlier than 90 days. My point is that there's no reason to complain unless you're past day 90. If someone needs to expedite then they can proceed with that instead of complaining.

Well I have 2 calls to make to uscis. The first one is tomorrow. I'm calling to remind them that my ead is approaching regulatory time and the second is on Wednesday. I was told to call them back after 15 days of making the expedition request and Wednesday mark the 15th. Hopefully I hear good news from one of them :)

So I sent an online request sometime last week and checked the USCIS website today and there was a message that read;

"On July 6, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, was assigned to an officer for response"

Anyone know how long it takes for a response?

Our case was received on 4/27 and I-797's are dated 4/28 so I'm guessing we are about 1 or 2 weeks away from an EAD/AP approval perhaps?
