Good morning fellow April filers...

I was thinking of sending an inquiry online today regarding my case but i got a surprise when i checked the mailbox. I got my approval notice for my EAD and AP. My case status online has not been updated and i did not receive any text or mail too. Hopefully i will be receiving the combo card this week too.

From what I've been reading in the March AOS filers post, it usually takes anywhere from 8 - 10 days to receive. :)

NiCE!!! You're golden and ready to accept employment. Congrats once again. My wife/daughter are still waiting on their EAD/AP combo card approval but fortunately enough, they are patient. Shouldn't be much longer now! :)

I had a lawyer to send in my packages so Im not too sure when it was sent but...

Complete and done.

(4/13/15): Uscis received my documents AOS EAD

(4/17/15): Notice date for Biometrics

(5/06/15): 11am, Biometric done

(6/20/15) Letter received for i-485 interview for (July 22nd 2015 9:35am wednesday)

(6/24/15): (on June 29th, I was annoyed because I have not heard anything about my i-765 for EAD, and case status was not updated since April 13th saying we received your package. So I called USCIS and after talking to them for awhile I found out my I-765 was already approved and letter was sent at June 24th 2015, so that was a good news, but I still have not received my approval letter yet and my case status is still not updated.

(6/29/15): Called USCIS regarding my i-765 EAD, read (6/24/15)


Incomplete and waiting.

*(?/??/??): Waiting to get my EAD approval letter, or update on my i-765 status. (Not Updated)

Oh my goodness I had no idea there was a thread for AOS for April filer's so glad I found this. Sent my son's I130, I485 and I765 off on April 17, he received his biometrics on May 6 and we just got the EAD approval letter in the mail today :D I am so glad and relieved to know this process is starting to look like it is moving along again. Waiting over a month not hearing anything is normal, I know, but still it is nerve wracking.

Have any April filers that had an RFE received their EAD yet?

I filed in April and received my interview letter for next month but not the EAD. You can check my timeline and see if we filed at the same time.
