Hi april 2015 filers i sent my aos and ead april 15 2015 and my status in 1485 is ready to be scheduled for interview and my 1-765 'my case received' hoping for the positive result i called and the agent told me that they are still processing oct2014 filer i hope she's just mistaken from what she said

I just got my EAD card from the mailbox today. No online status approval, no letter approval. Straight Just the Card :) I am so happy.. Now I need a job.. Lol..

Goodluck to those waiting :) Hopefully Green Card soon as I did not apply for AP.

3/12/2015 - lawyer mailed application

4/06/2015 - received by USCIS

4/08/2015 - received text notification

4/12/2015 - received hardcopies of NOA

4/20/2015 - biometrics walk-in

5/18/2015 - sent a request for EAD expedite

5/26/2015 - received request for evidence for expedite via mail

5/26/2015 - faxed evidence

6/01/2015 - went to infopass appointment to ask about status of expedite, no updates

6/04/2015 - online expedite status changed - assigned to officer

6/05/2015 - online exptedite status changed - completed

6/08/2015 - received hard copy - NOA EAD approval. Online status unchanged.

6/12/2015 - EAD card delivered!

6/26/2015 - Hard copy of interview letter received.

I just got my EAD card from the mailbox today. No online status approval, no letter approval. Straight Just the Card :) I am so happy.. Now I need a job.. Lol..

So after the message that I posted earlier today that I was over it, my attorney just told us that the EAD was approved as of 6/23. There was no update online, no letters, no RFE's, nothing. I am just super glad that we are making progress. I am super happy right now! :dancing: . I guess this entire process is about just being patient. My timeline. Filed 3/30, NOA1 4/6, Bio 4/30, EAD approval 6/23.

Placed a case inquiry online: As of June 25, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number X, is currently not assigned for processing.

And I thought the process will go much quicker than with the K1 :o

That means your inquiry hasn't been assigned to an officer, and not that your case hasn't been assigned. So sometime next week it will be assigned and you will get an email with a response. Then it will change an say "inquiry completed".

I'm glad you know how to read. I applaud you.

In the meantime, try to learn how to be nicer to people that try to help you (it's very common in this forum... I know it has a lot of pages, but take your time and read them, you might learn a thing or two about being polite).

I just got a letter for my interview. Nothing has been updated on their site yet and nothing on the EAD yet. Am just glad I know the next step now. My husband is happy that I'm not worried anymore

November 13, 2014: CEAC status "In Transit" (I was so happy to see it changed from "At NVC" to this status!)

Seems like the website is back to being updated. My employment authorization and advance parole have been updated to approved, and the permanent resident case has been updated too (even though they only repeated the information from May 22nd).

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to this forum, I am also an April filer and am currently waiting for my EAD/AP.

I have not received any letters and uscis website seems to be stuck on "case was received".

My service center is National Benefit Center = MSC

I already submitted an inquiry on June 22nd and almost immediately received an email where they stated my case was assigend to an officer and that I would have a reply by July 13th.

The status of my I765 (EAD) changed to:

  • sign_icon.png On June 23, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, was completed.
  • sign_icon.png On June 23, 2015, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application.
  • sign_icon.png On June 22, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, was assigned to an officer for response.

    Hopefully I will finally receive something this coming week.

- Adjustment of Status -

03/27/2015 Filed AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) through attorney.
04/08/2015 (Day 0): USCIS Received package and accepted fingerprint fee.
05/01/2015 (Day 23): Biometrics done, early walk in.
07/06/2015 (Day 89): USCIS Website updated, received text and email. Approved EAD/AP.
07/10/2015 (Day 93): EAD/AP Mailed to my address.
07/15/2015 (Day 98): Received EA D/AP in mail.
07/21/2015 (Day 104): Applied f or SSN.
07/24/2015 (Day 107): USCIS Scheduled interview date for 9/1/2015 Website updated, text and email sent.
08/01/2015 (Day 115): Received SSN in mail.
09/01/2015 (Day 146): Interview, approved with passport stamp!
09/01/2015 (Day 146): Website Updated in less than an hour after interview, text and email. Welcome Notice Mailed/Card Production.

09/04/2015 (Day 149): Website Updated Card Was Mailed

09/05/2015 (Day 150): Received Welcome Notice in the Mail

09/08/2015 (Day 153): Received Green Card!! :dance: :D :yes: :thumbs:
