Anyone on this thread who sent their AOS package between April 5th - April 20th had EAD and AP approved yet?

I sent my package April 13th and just trying to work out a rough date I will have my EAD and AP approved. It's been 73 days and it's killing me!!!! I would love it before Independence Day :)

I sent my package on April 6, NOA 1 is April 14....no updates yet...

Received the EAD cards today, but no AP....WEIRD. thought it would be a combo card or something

Never mind....it's a combo card....reading is fundamental...lol

Cheers for all your replies guys.

One more question....are people getting email and text notifications letting them know it's been approved or are they just receiving a letter? Read somewhere that people aren't receiving them because USCIS are having technical difficulties. Is this true?

My case was received on April 11th and I got an RFE on May 15th. I set up an Infopass appointment before responding to the RFE because I wanted to make sure I responded correctly so I didn't mail the RFE back until May 31st. Haven't received any notification whatsoever since then. The last update from the website is in regards to the RFE being sent to me May 15th.

Our cases were received on April 9,

RFE on May 5,

they received RFE paperwork May 18.

no update on EAD/AP

supposedly waiting for interview schedule for I-485 since May28th

On Monday, I called to inform them I was on Day 77.

I heard nothing except my Online status says:

June 22: Inquiry has been assigned to an Officer

June 23: A reply has been sent

June 23: Inquiry completed

So far nothing. Oh well, I just need to wait lol..

My case was received on April 11th and I got an RFE on May 15th. I set up an Infopass appointment before responding to the RFE because I wanted to make sure I responded correctly so I didn't mail the RFE back until May 31st. Haven't received any notification whatsoever since then. The last update from the website is in regards to the RFE being sent to me May 15th.

Here is my timeline :

Case received April 27th

NOA April 30th

Biometrics letter may 2nd

Biometrics may 21st

RFE 23rd may

RFE received on may 28th. I've been waiting since then

My experience after filing a service request was good. They completed the request in two days and my case history showed "completed", however no more information than that. I called USCIS that day and they said my card is in production, but I have NOT YET been approved. The officer thought that was strange, but they are having technical difficulties. I specifically asked about the request enquiries I made and they looked into it. I received my approval letter yesterday and my card today, no notice was given, other than that. So, it seems USCIS is behind on notifing people. My status still hasn't changed for AP,but it changed for the EAD only after the card was delivered.
