How are you checking case history?

It's just under the Case Status. It will say Case History no matter what, even if it hasn't been any updates (it will just be blank). It shows you the steps they have taken in your case.

I think you will need to sign up for a USCIS username and password by following this link https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do

That way the Case History shows up on the left side along side your Case Status at the Top.

Thank you for this! So helpful, I had no idea that I could see all that extra info!

I filed an online inquiry last Saturday as I am on day 80+ for my EAD. Today on USCIS case history, it shows that it was assigned to an officer for response, followed by we sent a response regarding the case to your inquiry was completed. I have checked my E-mail and I did not receive anything. Does anyone know what this means?

Call them. They are not updating properly. Ask for a tier 2 agent

Okay, so this is weird. I submitted a case status request because the 75 day mark hit on Sunday for the EAD. I called uscis this morning and they told me on the phone the referral was completed and that my card is in production, but it doesn't say approved is what the officer thought was strange. Also, at the same time I'm wondering if it is in production does that mean it will be a combo card with AP? I did not submit a case request for AP, so I wonder if it would be a combo card or is that something that comes entirely on it's own...

At the same time, nothing seems to be updating online.

Guys! So I'm about 80days into my application, been constantly checking the USCIS' website for update on my EAD card but it hasn't updated since they received response to my RFE (May29). I checked the mail this morning and to my surprise, (I-797C NOA) my interview letter was waiting for me. My Green Card interview is next month, July 28th.
