Can someone please help me by telling me if we are able to travel by plane within the U.S. if the 90 days are up and still waiting on the EAP/AP and no US ID?

You can travel on the plane within the US with any form of valid ID (like your foreign Passport)! I would also carry the NOAs for (I-485, 765 and 131) just in-case questions arise but you should be OK!

Tried checking my case status this morning and it this is what the website says:

Server is currently unavailable or down for maintenance.

That was my experience with the site dis morning too

Yep, I experienced the same. I'm getting really impatient now, I submitted my forms on March 27th and still haven't heard anything yet. I had my biometrics on April 30th. It's so frustrating. :(

K1 Visa:

I-129F sent: 05/12/2014

NOA1: 05/16/2014

Transfer from TSC to CSC: 08/08/2014

NOA2: 09/08/2014

Case# assigned: 09/22/2014

Consulate received: 09/30/2014

Packet 3 received: 10/04/2014

Packet 3 sent: 10/31/2014

Packet 4 received: 11/4/2014

Interview date: 11/19/2014 - Approved!

Visa received: 11/21/2014

POE Chicago: 01/08/2015

Wedding: 03/14/2015 (L)

AOS:

AOS/EAD/AP sent: 03/27/2015

NOA1: 04/02/2015

Biometrics: 04/30/2015

EAD/AP approved: 06/17/2015

EAD/AP card received: 06/24/2015

Interview waiver letter received: 07/24/2015

NOA2: 09/04/15

Greencard received: 09/13/2015

Last night I came home to find an NOA letter saying my husband's EAP/AP was approved. No card(s). My cases online have not updated ... no email...no text.... the NOA date was 06/12/2015

May 13, 2015: Biometrics completed (Day 28)

June 29, 2015: AP approved (Day 75)

June 30, 2015: EAD approved (Day 76)

July 3, 2015: Case status was updated online (reflecting the approval of EAD/AP) (Day 79)

July 6, 2015: EAD approval received in the mail (Day 82)

July 17, 2015: Combo card received-17 days from approval (Day 93)

July 29, 2015: Notice of Potential Interview Waiver letter received in the mail (Day 105)

September 24, 2015: Green card received!!! Yay! (Day 162)

Hey ladominiricana you mean June 12th or April 12th...

The NOA APPROVAL letter was dated June 12th.... my date eap/ap was received on March 31 and NOA date for 485 was April 8
