Hi good evening can you tell me how you received the info that you your AOS was recvd? Our lawyer sent it April 2 2015 and we have not heard anything.Thank you for any help you can give us.

Form G-1145. It's a form you can submit with your AOS allowing USCIS to send you text/email messages when they accept your package.

Did you send a check? If so, check your account to see if it's been cashed yet. That won't give you your case numbers or anything, but you'll at least know it has been accepted already while waiting for NOA1 hard copy in the mail.

We attached a signed G-1145 E-notification. You will get notification about activities on your file.

When our files were received, we received text messages and email as notification :)

Ask your lawyer if you signed for this..

I received the email that my AOS package had been received and that NOA1 was on its way a few days ago. :)

Somehow they managed to send the same email to me 6 times in a row. No idea why. Their system is being funny.

I just checked the UCIS case status online, NOA1 is April 2. Weird how the text/email notification was a week later (April 10).

AOS Journey:

March 30 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

April 2 - USCIS received

April 9 - NOA1

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

June 2 - EAD approved

June 6 - EAD/AP combo card received

AOS/EAD/AP paperwork sent 14 April, arrived 15 April and received the text/email notification today, 17 April. I forgot to include the W-2's with the tax returns for the I-864 (I only submitted the EZ1040's for the last three years) so I'm kind of expecting an RFE.
