I am on day 72 and nothing as of yet. Based on the VJ Processing times they are still working on March 30th applications for the EAD. Its actually been on March 30th for a few days. To my luck my application was received in Chicago on March 31st. Waiting for that date to change to March 31st so that I know that they are working on my application. Hope we all hear back soon.

Nice :dancing: Congrats!

I can't wait for all April filers to get at least their EADs. It is hard staying at home, jobless. Really painful to the pocket.

Hang on there :) We are really close :)

Maybe next week. Based on the number of March filers still waiting for approvals, I believe the NBC is on backlog right now. You might want to call them Monday morning to follow up. :)

Is there a different # to call for our Biometrics? ?

This is a silly question, but you did pay the fee for biometrics, correct? I don't see why else there would be a delay in getting your biometrics appointment.

I know they are busy but NOW since I requested an investigation on my BIOMETRICS appointment..they replied back on June 9th that a app letter has already been issued...and now I just wait again and if I still don't receive it by JULY 9th to call back then. ..you would think if one has been issued and not received then they can redirect me to that office to email/text a copy of my date..I probably missed it by now ....IF I did then they said i have to request ANOTHER app which they have up to 30 days to reschedule. ....
