You can submit an enquiry 75 days from the point they recieved your package.

usually 2-3 months from that point of filing

Malji84,

I filed back on March 31st and have yet to receive the approval for the EAD. I looked into the processing times and they are currently processing applications turned in on March 30th. I am thinking we will find something out in the next week or so. Can't wait to get some progress updates on our case.

You and me both. I will submit an enquiry on the 21st of June. Just having to wait, which is all we can do :(. I wish they were quicker as sitting here unable to migrate socially is hard. It does show green (3 month), which i guess means they're on time.

Hmmm A lot of March filers are still waiting for their EAD, so it hasn't been common (at least as of lately) to get it in 6 weeks.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I will have to do that then in a few weeks.

Tell me about it. This process for me has just been mad ! Started 2 years ago,I've had everything you can think of going wrong. Lol been here for 4months now and not working for that long? Gets a little boring and hurts the pocket.

Rang the uscis number now, what is the point of them? Telling me exactly what the website states.

Can't wait for it to ALL to finish once and for all...

Just got off the phone with USCIS. Apparently there's no way of knowing if an RFE was even received by them until they've updated it through the website. I have no way of knowing if it was even delivered to them properly. Do they just let mail pile up in a bin without opening it unless they know there's a check inside?

Judging by the March thread, it seems like it's taking closer to 80 days from NOA1 for EAD/AP... a few weeks ago, it was more like 75. Not a huge difference, but still a bummer that it's taking longer. Still better than the full 90 days though! :)

Whenever I mail anything to them, I always have the post office request a signature upon delivery. At least I'll know for sure it was delivered.

@nateHookum. It took around 1 week for the update for me regarding my RFE. excluding the 4 day postage wait.
