Been in RFE review for a little over a week now. Waiting on EAD.

Does anyone else use the USCIS app to check their status? It's pretty cool.

March 30 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

April 2 - USCIS received

April 9 - NOA1

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

June 2 - EAD approved

June 6 - EAD/AP combo card received

August 5, 2014: NOA1 received (email/text)

August 9, 2014: NOA1 hardcopy received/Alien Registration Number changed

October 3, 2014: RFE notice received (email/text)

October 9, 2014: RFE hardcopy received (General question missed on I-129F part 3) *Oops

October 10, 2014: RFE response inquiry sent (USPS Priority mail)

October 15, 2014: RFE response review (USCIS)

October 21, 2014: NOA2 I-129F was approved (email/text)

October 28, 2014: NOA2 hardcopy received

November 13, 2014: NVC received and case number assigned

November 25, 2014: NVChard copy received (case was forwarded to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico Consulate)

November 30, 2014: Filled out forms DS-160 online for fiancé (K-1) and step daughter (K-2)

December 3, 2014: Ciudad Juarez, Mexico Consulate received case

Thank you! My employer wants me to start on Monday so I am a little bit stressed now. Haha. They could not contact anyone from my previous employers in the Philippines for the background check.

Yes, fingers crossed your expedite will be approved too.

Did you receive an email/text approval notification or did you just receive in mail?

I enrolled for text/email notification in every update of my case. So yes, I received notifications first before delivered in the mail.

4/06/2015 - received by USCIS

4/08/2015 - received text notification

4/12/2015 - received hardcopies of NOA

4/20/2015 - biometrics walk-in

5/18/2015 - sent a request for EAD expedite

5/26/2015 - received request for evidence for expedite via mail

5/26/2015 - faxed evidence

6/01/2015 - went to infopass appointment to ask about status of expedite, no updates

6/04/2015 - online expedite status changed - assigned to officer

6/05/2015 - online exptedite status changed - completed

6/08/2015 - received hard copy - NOA EAD approval. Online status unchanged.

6/12/2015 - EAD card delivered!

6/26/2015 - Hard copy of interview letter received.
