Thanks everyone! I am currently in Colorado since late last week to visit my family. Then go back to AZ tomorrow and start packing for the big move in Michigan.

Call USCIS.. You should have atleast received the hard copy of your NOA1. Biometrics is one-two weeks away which is hardcopy (and scheduled 2-4 weeks out)..

I called and they are reissuing another hardcopy and bio appointment letter....ccan take up to another 30 days...checked yesterday. .nothing yet

Good news Due to some turn of events, my future employer can only wait til June 12 for me to join.

Lol.. I know that's not good news.. I think it is just not meant for me.. I wish for more approvals this week..

I know. If it is meant to be, then I will get something from USCIS before the 12th. If not, then there sure is something better that awaits me. I might start sending my resume again, on the week of the 12th, just in case

Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by August 1, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed

Thank you. I just hope it is quick and the status processing time for the RFI isn't August 1st, but the entire package. I feel as if it is going to take another two months for them to just process the RFI as opposed to the entire package which delays me around 3 months I believe. I hope i am wrong

You bet, hopefully the process goes by smoothly and efficient for you here on out . I'm hoping for some positive news on my wife/daughters AOS/EAD/AP prior to July God willing.
