Lol.. I badly need an update.. My husband and I could not even afford for my Medical Insurance.. Is that ground enough for Expedite?

Why does K1 need to wait this long for just an EAD? At this point, I only want my EAD. Atleast we should all get it two weeks after we got married.. Lol..

Too much ranting here.. Sorry guys.. But I really wish we all get our EAD soonnnn..

You can schedule an infopass appointment for an expedite since it doesn't hurt to try for a hardship but by the time you do get an appointment, I'm sure your EAD will be approved. :)

Luckily for us, I already added both my wife/daughter to my benefits package of my employer just 1 week after marriage. It was stressful at first since we had gone through roughly 1 month and a half without any medical coverage. We were fortunate to stay illness free, thank God.

Patiently waiting for any updates too... It's just frustrating sometimes.... i just keep on checking my case status 3 to 5 times a day...lol

Good deal. It's worth a shot to inquire. Explain your case and hopefully it pans out. (Fingers crossed for you)

We r STILL waiting for hard copy for our I-797 ...We received our email and text back on May 7...they SAY they will reissue another copy....
