Just got good news from my lawyer after they contacted the USCIS...the notice I missed(undelivered post) was my EAD approval notice. they said I should expect the notice resent in 15-30 days and that I should receive my card within 30 days...biometrics was May 12th. Good luck to all...

I'm still worried about the rfe tho there is no rfe on my msc number just my daughter msc number.

Try not to overly stress it. RFE's can be rather simple. Once that hardcopy is in your hands, you'll know what it's in regards to? I received an RFE for my I-129F (K-1 fiancé visa) petition and it was relating to a simple question that I overlooked on the form. I was also stressing it when I received the notice of the RFE but it was no biggie once I reviewed what it referenced. :)

Relax a bit, everything will be fine!

Agreed. RFE's are generally not a bad thing because your file is being reviewed and worked on.
