I went for my biometrics on May 12th and yesterday I received a letter in the mail dated May 14th. I didn't submit my medical exam with application so the letter was telling me that if I have to go to an interview to bring the medical exam. I'm hoping to get my EAD soon since they would just be renewing my current one. Also an interview date or RFE ifI don't need an interview.

04.22.15 - NOA1 (EAD & AOS & I-130)

05.08.15 - Biometrics Notice Hard Copy

What happens if spouse is not willing to sign the i175 form? No divorce either

Applicant signature is required. Why isn't he/she willing to sign? There must be a reason. :unsure:

my wife changed her last name to my surname even though I am the beneficiary... the certified marriage certificate was what I sent for the forms..

I did try to expedite through congressman last month because we are have a sudden financial hardship, but still no feedback from USCIS. Maybe I will try to request expedite by myself when I received the job offer tomorrow.

Hello! I already did my biometrics yesterday. How long after biometrics that you'd know you have an RFE? I'm really anxious to know if I have an rfe or no rfe already.

Congrats guys to those who landed jobs! I, too had two phone calls and I've my hands on exam tomorrow. I hope they'll accept despite the fact that my EAD is still on process. I'd like to work already to help my hubby.

RFE I think is 1-2 weeks after Biometrics (but that is just by reading the other AOS threads) but as we all know, this process is really unpredictable so nobody really knows. Here's to no RFE :)
