Yes indeed, I just replied not too long ago above. :)

Great news for both of us! Now, we patiently wait for the hard copies of the I-797 forms and the Biometrics appointment there after. Hopefully AP/EAD (Combo card) is approved and on-hand around July or so?

Done with biometrics with my K2 today.

AOS Journey:

April 2 - USCIS received

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

Hi everyone, I just saw status online and it says ready for interview. Does it mean no RFE?

Congrats! My status hasn't changed yet. I did not apply to expedite my EAD. I have my religious wedding coming next week so I am ok with the delay for a couple to three more weeks..

I wish everyone a speedy EAD :) and smooth Green Card approval :)

Sorry I did not introduce myself, I am shawnakay I came on a k1 visa in october 2013 I got married in january 2014 before the 90 days, but I didn't file aos due to financial issues. We are now filing after 1 year and 3 months we are using a lawyer I'm soo scared and wondering if we are gonna face any problem due to the long wait I'm also any adusting our daughter but she is got get citizenship because my husband is also her father I'm just a little worried and anxious the lawyer sent out package April 25th I'm now waiting on noa 1 I'm soo anxious and worried if everything is gonna go ok.. we use a joint sposor..

I filed my husbands a year later as well. We got married April of last year..from wha I have read as long as the marriage was done within the 90 days we should be good. We mailed our package April 30th and did the biometric yesterday. Send them an email to inquire about your package

Biometric was completed on yesterday....now the real wait begins

I think it was a typo. She meant they filed March 30 not April 30. :)
