Sadly but you've to look for a CS. You had it in September last year and it's already October. So it's already expired. It happens that's why when you file your AOS, you've to consider the application process. Like when you filed in April, you should've considered the 6-month process for waived in case your interview is waived and yours is.

In marital assets, you can just submit a joint account, state ID, if you have. It's alright not to have lots of it since we just got married.

I went to my interview today at Houston Texas office.

IO was very serious and asked lot of questions but we were not separated.

Im at work now IO calls me and says she will not approve my application until i provide her more information, that i will have 87 days to respond.

She needs to see more transactions on our joint acct

More evidence of bonafide marriage.

I am just tired.

I went with,rent bills,utility bills,lease,joint bank acct,auto insurance,internet bills,photos.

So the struggle continues.lol

Pls can someone suggest to me things i could get that are substantial?

Hello all, hope that everyone has been well. Haven't been on here for a while but just wanted to check in to provide an update for my wife. She has been working for quite some time now and also obtained her CA Drivers License. I recently purchased a new car for her and all is going well. My wife and daughter have been adjusting perfectly fine to life in the USA with my support. Our daughter is enjoying kindergarten also while picking up the English language. :)

We are very blessed. Best of luck to you all and take care!
