Ok, you know on the interview appointment letter it says " bring a letter from current employer, stating pay and average hours of work" that particular letter, should it be addressed to uscis?

The employer can just say "to whom it may concern"

Hi, I am new in this forum. My husband applied for Adjustment of Status at the beginning of April this year and in July we received a letter for interview waiver. By any chance, can anyone share their experience on the interview waiver and what was the duration like. I will really appreciate your response. It has been quite a long time now. Hope to hear from you all soon. Thanks

Hi everyone, so a few months ago we got our notification of potential interview waiver case, today we received a RFE in the mail. The RFE is asking for marriage certificate, which I know was in the application, and evidence of bonafide relationship. I'm confused about the evidence part and not sure what it is they are asking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated

My wife received her green card today. We also had a notification of potential waiver letter a month or so back.

I'm not sure if we should try to get it changed but when we got her SSN number/card, they couldn't fit her entire middle name based on the systems character limitations. Thus, we opted to just leave her middle name blank. On her SSN and drivers license, she does not have a middle name. However, on the green card it has her middle name but it's not even complete (I'm guessing based on character limitations).

Has anyone been in this situation? If so, is it worth trying to get a green card with no middle name to match the SSN and drivers license?

I forgot to mention we submitted the I-485 without a middle name and a supplement letter stating why (based on the SSN character limitation). So it appears they don't care or read the supplement letter and went with her middle name that was probably in their system.

Re-send a copy of your marriage certificate! They could have lost it? Good luck to you.

My wife received her green card today. ....
