Who May File Form I-765?

Hi VJers

i'm confused about what to write on my I-765

i'm currently adjusting my K1 status after marriage,

At the question 16. they want to know under what category I am filling. I'm confused if its

6. Family-Based Nonimmigrant Categories

1. K-1 Nonimmigrant Fiance(e) of U.S. Citizen or K-2 Dependent--(a)(6). File Form I-765 if you are filing within 90 days from the date of entry. This EAD cannot be renewed. Any EAD application other than for a replacement must be based on your pending application for adjustment under ©(9).

or

7. EAD Applicants Who Have Filed for Adjustment of Status

A. Adjustment Applicant--©(9). File Form I-765 with a copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is pending. You may file Form I-765 together with your Form I-485.

I am also sending the I-485 but I don't know what kind of evidence I need to include

C9 is correct if you are planning on filling the I-765 application concurrently with AOS. As for further evidence, read the instructions on the USCIS website, as well as the guidelines here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
