Hi Guys,

I have a question ,I would appreciate if someone let me know how and where to check out if the money check of $400 has been cashed by USCIS. Does it mean if they cash the check they've started processing the application?..

Thanks.

Best wishes. (F)

If you mean 'personal check', you can phone your bank.

The cashed check with an NOA1 means you'e in the system.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Hi.

I havend received any NOA's yet. Or do you mean that if i call the bank they gonna tell me somthing about the NOA 1?

You probablt mean that if i call the bank and they gonna say that the check is cashed and then receive the NOA on mail that means i am in the system right?

Best wishes. (F)

Yes, the bank will tell you whether your check was cashed but that doesn't mean that anything is being processed. Your NOA1 is evidence of that and that will come via mail. No choice but to be patient and wait.
