Aos local office is Chula Vista, Ca

I-485/I-130

Sent package March 25, 2015

Txt notification April 1, 2015

NOA mail receipts April 7,2105

Biometrics notice April 14,2015

Biometrics April 21,2015

I-130 June 28,2015 updated but status is still case recieved

August 11 interview schedule for sept 16 2015 ??

Hey,
So, it's been about 60 days since I applied. I got a job offer and they're waiting for my EAD to hire me.
Should I get an infopass and attempt to expedite the EAD process?

04/02/2015: AOS (1-130, I-131, I-485, I-765) package sent to Chicago Lockbox
04/07/2015: Day 0: AOS package accepted

04/09/2015: Day 2: AOS package was routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center

04/10/2015: Day 3: Checks cashed

04/14/2015: Day 7: Hard copies of NOA received for all the forms

04/17/2015: Day 10: Received biometrics appointment for 04/28

04/28/2015: Day 21: Biometrics complete

05/01/2015: Day 24: RFE received

05/11/2015: Day 34: RFE response sent

06/02/2015: Day 56: I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

07/02/2015: Day 86: Received EAD approval letter in mail

07/16/2015: Day 100: Received EAD-AP combo card in mail

Thats an option as i have seen alot of people getting an expedite due to a job offer. Tell them to give you the offer letter then call uscis to request for expedite using the offer as reason for your request.

They wouldn't let you expedite your unless you wait 75days my advice is wait two weeks ...you can try it now but you have little chances honestly

Any update guyz? I think i am about to be frustrated, today i recieved a 3rd job offer. This people urgently needs me and wants me to start by nextweek friday. Now whats the chances EAD will be out by then? I need a divine accelerated processing right now. They are willing to give me $45/hr. Im just tired and weak. Any April filers got any news? Can someone pls borrow me their ead? I'll give it back(lol).

You can try and get it expedited. I had mine expedited, however, it took almost 3 weeks to get it approved. Some people here have asked their congressman's help to expedite and got approval within a week. My congressman wasn't willing to help out, so I just did it on my own.

Timeline:

3/12/2015 - lawyer mailed application

4/06/2015 - received by USCIS

4/08/2015 - received text notification

4/12/2015 - received hardcopies of NOA

4/20/2015 - biometrics walk-in

5/18/2015 - sent a request for EAD expedite

5/26/2015 - received request for evidence for expedite via mail

5/26/2015 - faxed evidence

6/01/2015 - went to infopass appointment to ask about status of expedite, no updates

6/04/2015 - online expedite status changed - assigned to officer

6/05/2015 - online exptedite status changed - completed

6/08/2015 - received hard copy - NOA EAD approval. Online status unchanged.

6/12/2015 - EAD card delivered!

6/26/2015 - Hard copy of interview letter received.

I don't think the petitioner has to be around to make the call. I am the beneficiary and I called by myself.
