What visa re you adjusting from?

Cant wait to get an interview date. I spoke to an agent lastweek who told me i should receive smtin by the 20th. Today is 19th sooooo Im watching & waitin. May God grant us favor on this journey.

AMEN.... I spoke with one naive agent who told me to wait till 6 -7 months time. I told her I ain't adjusting from k1 visa but she said they re still processing I-485 from Sept 2014. Very incorrect info

If you are at the Virginia field office, according to the processing times page on this site as of the end of May they were still processing applications from Sept 2014. Maybe they are a few months past that now, but still seems like at least three more months. Same as Portland where I am.

If you are at the Virginia field office, according to the processing times page on this site as of the end of May they were still processing applications from Sept 2014. Maybe they are a few months past that now, but still seems like at least three more months. Same as Portland where I am.

I guess my case is gonna be handled at the Virginia field office. But, how can they claim to be processing applications from last year when my friend who filed in Feb 2015 is going for interview this week at the same Virginia field office at Norfolk? The info on their website just doesn't add up. I think its probably for those who were issued an interview waiver (k1 visa)
