Hey guys, received ssn on Monday and I tried to register on credit karma but wouldn't let me. Is anyone having trouble with it not being in the system? If not then what can I do? Seems it hasn't been verified. Please help

Will it affect getting a job, can't take any more waiting

My package was received on April 18th for an AOS change from tourist visa to spousal. We were married earlier this year. We just had our interview yesterday in Tampa and I just wanted to share a few thoughts that I did not realize. First, I believe they were 95% sure they were going to approve us before we walked in. We sent in a good amount of picture (like 10) of different places we had been showing a decent range of dates. His main concern was more evidence to substantiate what he believed. And to confirm we had done everything by the book. BTW, we had a really cool person. But I think he was really cool as he already suspected we were going to be OK. He actually said as much in the interview. And that he would have been much sterner if he suspected something otherwise. Second, I also realized how important trips/vacations are. The pics we had of our trips all around the US were what pushed us over the top. We were in Chicago, Niagra Falls, Seattle. Once they see that, they feel more comfortable. So if you are not sure what to do, traveling is never a bad idea before your interview. We are also planning a second wedding that will be larger. I never would have guessed this. But he loved that. And as it is a long distance wedding, so I had a spreadsheet of who was arriving and on what date etc. That was it. I wasn't sure that would be a good idea. But it turns out, anything to show that the marriage is legit is a good thing. And planning a second wedding probably is not common for those with other agendas. I will also say that while he said he approved us, he continued to ask questions. So I felt that a wrong answer could have jeopardize everything. He did ask us when we were engaged, where we met. What did she do while she was here? The questions were fairly basic. But they were very fair. When we completed the interview, he welcomed her to the US and said she was now a permanent resident of the US of A. We both teared up a bit. We even changed our name at the interview. We were going to wait until after it was all done. But he offered to have the green card issued in that name. So we have more to do, but that was a big help. Fortunately, we were going to change the name. I think that was another question that could have changed his opinion so perhaps it might not be a bad idea to be ready for that.

We are so happy today as this has been a long journey. And I used this site often mostly to calm myself down. Sometimes it did not work and it down right scared me. None the less, I wanted to pay back what others have written with my $.02. Good luck everyone!!!
