I know exactly what you mean mines was sent out the next day and I was absolutely speechless.[/

Did you guys get a text when they sent your case to nvc?

Did you recieve a text for your noa2?

We never did even tho we should have, such makes me a bit unsure wether we will get that with the case being sent or not.

Just reporting that I received the offical I-797 in the mail. Two things jumped out to me: 1. It says "listed consulate" but there is none. 2. A few paragraphs but nothing about what the next steps

I don't know when exactly mine was assigned - I called today and immediately checked ceac and the status was available.

yes, and an email. some people don't get them. as long as you receive your hard copy that is what matters.

Our case just made it to the Embassy from NVC. Should we call Embassy to try and see when they will schedule us for an interview (I'm anxious to know the date!), or should we just sit tight for my fiance to receive the packet? I imagine it varies from Embassy to Embassy on how fast things are scheduled/the packet is sent out once it's received, right?

It does vary from Embassy but if you haven't done so complete your ds-160. Also you may want to go your Embassy page and follow the steps for how your Embassy operates.

Hi guys! So happy to join this forum lol Our case was approved on April 16th. Now it will be sent to NVC. How long does it take to get to NVC after the approval? And how long does it take till NVC forwards it to the embassy to the benefeciary's country? So manu questions lol thanks guys!

Welcome congrats on your approval. To answer your questions first of all TSC has no real method to their madness. I was lucky where one day after my approval my case was sent to NVC. For the most part it normally can take from three day up to two weeks. As far as NVC I'm noticing they are now sending the cases out pretty quickly.
