Really? that's awesome. So, you just kept checking and it finally stopped saying nothing was found?

Mine is still giving the same nonsense.

So I just checked our case status on the NVC website and this is what it says Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. So what does that mean? Should my fiance call to schedule an appointment? We haven't received anything from anyone so I am a bit confused. Thanks!

Good morning. My case was sent by TSC to NVC in May 13. I just called NVC, after a short wait a man asked me for my receipt number and said: your case is in the building but it has not been entered into the system. No case number yet.

Please keep us in your thoughts. We are in the final stages of the process and have just been told by the Trinidad and Tobago embassy that a cosponsor is not allowed for the K-1 visa. :( Idk what to do......

That seems fishy. Do you think it's worth calling NVC to confirm that? I haven't seen co-sponsor be on a country-to-country basis before.

I called the NVC and for the first time got an EXTREMELY rude guy. I was able to get him to transfer me to his supervisor and she was very nice. She had me send an email to an expedite email address so they can follow up with the US Embassy in Trinidad so I guess we'll see...

So should I ask my fiance to gather the police certificates and go through the medical exam? I should've gotten an email with instructions with all the paperwork that he needs for the interview before I started that. I am a bit thrown off.
