Just got off the phone with the NVC and they still haven't gotten our app yet. They also gave me the same spiel about it "taking up to 35 days from notification from the USCIS due to high demand for immigrant visas". Knowing the TSC they probably put our application on a mule, faced it in the direction of the NVC and sent it on its way.

I haven't been here for a couple of days (I had final exams) and I got the email today that our interview date has been scheduled for June 2 at 9:20am. I don't believe it still hahah we are almost at the end of this stupid process :)

Congrats!

Looking at your timeline:

NVC Left :

2015-04-24

Consulate Received :

2015-04-28

USCIS needs to use the same courier NVC does. It's embarrassing how long it's taking them to send something across the country.

So I just checked NVC site again: my case status becomes "Administrativee Processing" after being "Ready" for a week.

What does it mean? I thought "Ready" is the final status at NVC and it means the embassy received the case? Or does it mean it is being prcoessed at the embassy? Anyone had the similar experience?

Thanks.

Yep, I called them a few minutes ago. Mine also arrived today. Got the same "give us a few days", but I'll call back tomorrow anyway. Thanks, again, for letting us know they were there!
