My stress level has tripled this Monday morning. My day is off to a real rough start everyone. So after scheduling our appointment and me booking and purchasing my plane ticket we've hit a road block. So what I thought was going to be the easiest thing to obtain is now proving to be the most difficult thing. I thought the medical was going t be the hardest thing and we were able to get that done and get the results back the next day. The policy cert which normally is issued the same day wear now being told it can take 8 days. W have our interview on Monday. I don't know what to do. Do I reschedule which I can but that means losing money on the ticket or keep the appointment and get a 221g until we bring it which then who knows how long it may take? I am so pissed right now. I can't think straight.

Is anyone having trouble scheduling their interview with the embassy? We have paid our visa fee and completed the DS-160. The system says there are no available appointments at this time.

So on my NOA2 it says that USCIS has completed all processing on my case and that further questions should be directed towards the NVC. My question is: will I still get a notification from USCIS when my application is sent to the NVC? or should i just start calling the NVC after a certain amount of days (they said 35, but yea right im calling before!)

Thanks in advance

You will get a notification still via text/email when it is sent to NVC and you will see it updated on the USCIS site when it is sent. Dont bother calling NVC until TSC sends the case.

Just take solace in the fact that it will no longer be as bad as waiting for the NOA2 :)
